This is my first book by this author and so I have not read this series before.It stars two characters from two different series, Nathan Sinclair from the Dirty Duet series and Trisha from the Fixed series. Now before I get started I want to say that this is not the normal type of book I enjoy. I like one man/one woman type of romances. Orgies, multiple sex partners are totally not my thing. So while I did not love this story, that is why.
This book features voyeurism, a sex club where multiple parties play with each other. That said I felt the story was well written and I did like the characters. I am not sure I understood why Trisha does what she does. She has rules and one is she never actually has sex with anyone at the sex club. So she just goes there to tease , maybe. I dunno. That is the part I did not understand.
Nathan on the other hand enjoys the sex clubs and has no problem having sex with anyone there. He and Trisha meet at a sex club and he breaks all her rules. And well that was fun. He doesn't just break he obliterates them and he really is the perfect guy for Trisha.
While this was not a book I normally would pick up and read, I did enjoy it and that was purely because Nathan is HOT and fun and he really lightens Trisha up dragging her into a RELATIONSHIP that is worth more than just sex.And Trisha well she gives as good as she gets. I would recommend his story to those who love reading about sex clubs, sex orgies and fans of this series.
This book stands alone nicely and I did not feel lost at all about the characters, having never read the series books before.
