I have been loving this series and each book is very cute and funny and entertaining but this is a new favorite for me. Its about two people, Fran and Benny, who knew each other 10 years before while they worked on a cirque type of show in Vegas and ended up getting hitched. He knew it happened but she had no clue. Now in the present she has a chance at fulfilling her dream of dancing ballet around the world but can't get a Visa because she is married and she thought she was single.
And so with the help of her fun but crazy friends she tries to find her groom and discovers he is now a billionaire. Benny was a very interesting character and honestly the two of them cracked me up so much. The whole dress like she is a swede business dinner still makes me laugh when I think about it.
This story is really about Benny. He became a billionaire when he and his friend James became partners. They were each others ying and yang, peanut and jelly etc. You get the picture. But then he had an awful accident and died. Now, Ben is very lonely and when Fran comes to ask for a quickie divorce so she can follow her dreams, he decides to have a bit of fun with her. I love that she also has a bit of fun with him as well.
This was a wonderful story with characters I loved and a great storyline. I felt the characters could have been flushed a bit more. But I absolutely adored the story. I loved how Fran helps Ben make some new friends and her chocolate chip cookie dough theory was awesome.
