This was an interesting story. It takes place during a matchmaking reality tv show and features a romance with the tv series bachelorette. But the male lead is not on the show but rather is related to the matchmaking granny who is in charge of the show, and he helps out behind the scenes.

This is a comedy romance. Some things were a bit over the top but it definitely gave me a few chuckles. It was a very interesting plot and had characters I really loved, and it was a book I had a hard time putting down. It stars Kennedy as the bachelorette who is on the show to promote her charity. She meets the grandson of the show's producer, Rowan as he helps out around the set. 

These two have a forbidden and hidden romance that starts out as friends and then it leads to more. But it's also very much a forbidden romance as Rowan is not even on the show. 

I really enjoyed this story and enjoyed all the drama on the reality show and with the matchmaking reality grandma. Rowan was not really an alpha male type, but he was very hot, sexy and a total sweetheart and I really loved him. Kennedy is a really great person with a very kind heart who was the perfect partner for Rowan, and she quickly won my heart, and I was totally rooting for this fun couple.

This is the last book in the series about a bunch of siblings who have mishaps relating to marriage. It's also a brother's best friend and younger sister romance. 

In this story we get to know the youngest, Presley who is almost 30. For the last 12 years she has been in love with her older brother's best friend, Bennett. They have had an off and on thing with each other and he is the only guy Presley has ever been intimate with.

Bennett has loved Presley for so long. He is finally done with college and law school and is living back at home and dating Presley but now he wants more, meaning marriage and Presley refuses to get married because of what has happened with her siblings.

I freaking LOVED Bennett. I thought he was this awesome guy who has loved Presley through all the years. While he is older than her, he always seemed to see her and really love and respect her. And let me tell you, Presley has tested him a lot. She is a lot, and she knows it. Which is why she has a very strong fear of admitting what's in her heart and following through. I totally saw where she was coming from but at some point, you have to just take a risk for love.

This book has angst and it kind of broke my heart. Usually, it's the women in these romance books that suffer angst but, in this book, it was Bennett, and it was so intense. At times I found Presley's POV a bit immature and she frustrated me. But I also understood where her fears came from. 

This book is about soulmates and taking that risk for love and hoping the other person is there to catch you. I LOVED it so much and its definitely my favorite in this series. 

Side note: There is another book coming in this series, but she is a niece and not related to the family of siblings by blood.

This is a heart warming and wonderful second chance for love  for  both Declan and Kennedy. Both have major bruises from past relationships but when they meet they see something special in each other.

Declan is a single dad who has a great job, a great family, wonderful daughter and great friends but who is missing a romantic partner. He meets newly single, Kennedy when she comes to town to take care of her grandmother while she recovers from an injury.

They both have bruises from past romantic partners but when they meet, you can feel the chemistry between these two. This was a really fun story and that's because I love Willow River and I adored the Kincaid family. Declan was a wonderful character and I loved how he opened his heart to Kennedy.

This is the start of a brand new series and the star is Wake who we met in the previous series in Bram and Dory's book. The character of Dutch is brand new but she also has a connection to Bram and Dory. 

I would call this book a dark romance. It centers around the crime of child abuse and molestation by authority figures and when we meet Wake we find out he killed 14 child predators which meant he ended up in jail but also, he was a hero to his town. One of the victims was his daughter and he has paid for his crimes by being in jail for the last 8 years. 

Dutch is a child psychologist who cares maybe too much. She is introduced into Wake's world when she comes to him for advice. For him, he falls pretty instantly, and I loved how when he gets out, he starts to take care of and help Dutch even if she is not aware.

I loved Dutch a lot. I loved how caring she was with her patients and how well respected she is. I loved the relationship she forms with Wake's daughter, and I adored how she took care of Wake and he her. 

This story is very different and that's one thing I love about this author. There are many surprises in this story on the path for love for Wake and Dutch.
