ABOUT THE BOOK

She hates him. He can’t get enough of her.

My life was simple until Vincent Cove, an (annoyingly hot) American billionaire, arrived. He wants to convert the English country mansion where I live and work into a glitzy hotel.

Over my dead body.

I’m just a small-town waitress, up against Vincent’s goliath fortune, but I won’t go down without a fight. I'm taking on this billionaire bulldozer.

If I’d known his plans I definitely (maybe) wouldn’t have slept with him. And I’m determined to ignore the chemistry growing between us.

Except his charm is distracting, his persistence is irritating and his forearms, sharp jaw and devilish smile are downright infuriating.

At least I don’t have to worry about him sticking around. A self-confessed rolling stone, he can’t commit to a lunch order before noon, so there’s no way he’ll hang around long enough for me to fall in love with him.

A standalone, enemies to lovers, small town, billionaire romance with a guaranteed HEA.

In this book we meet Vincent and Kate. Vincent is part of the Cove family and is very American. He is in town visiting family when he meets Tea Girl, Kate at her family's estate called Crompton.

They have a fling, but he also decides to buy Crompton, and turn it into a hotel. Kate lives at Crompton and it's also where she works, and his purchase will mean that she is jobless and homeless. So, the second time they meet he is her one-night stand but also her frenemy and she hates him for taking her home.

Kate has a lot of anxiety about moving away from the only home she has ever had. Meanwhile Vincent visits investments around the world because he does not commit to staying in one place. These two have a lot in common but confront their issues with very different results.

I really enjoyed this story. It's a story about two very different people who cannot stay away from each other. They are broken in different ways but by being there for each other they also help heal each other.

This was a fun one and I loved their second chance at love and their frenemy relationship was so much fun. Kate's granny was one of my favorite characters in this book and I loved the scenes that featured Vincent's family.

Brave Enough - Love in Montana #3 - BY Kelly Elliott (Hunter and Kipton)

Brave Enough by Kelly Elliott is now live!

ABOUT THE BOOK

Hunter Shaw is handsome, charming, and a minor celeb on the collegiate team roping circuit. Not to mention, he looks damn fine in a cowboy hat. So it's no surprise when he's ardently pursued to be the star on a new streaming network's debut program—a reality dating show. The money on offer would do wonders for his family's charity, but it's only after catching a glimpse of the show's host that he's all-in. The former Ms. Montana catches his eye and his interest...inconvenient, to say the least, when he's about to date twenty women on national television.

Kipton Howse also desperately needs the money from hosting Swipe Right, but for different reasons. With barely a glance at the contract, she signs on for the two-month shoot. She'll do her job, collect her payment, then put Shaw Ranch in her rearview. Of course, she didn't count on loving the place so much...or the entire Shaw family...or Hunter himself. From the moment they meet, sparks fly, and they only get hotter as the show continues, despite a houseful of women vying for his attention.

Sexual tension is at an all-time high when things take a dramatic turn, both on and off the cameras, thanks to the show's rabid fans—who vote to shake things up in a way no one saw coming. It's safe to say Kipton and Hunter's sizzling attraction is no longer a secret. But at least one contestant isn't ready to admit defeat.

After all...what's reality TV without a bit of drama?

Brave Enough is book three in the Love in Montana series. Each book can be read as a stand alone, but for a better reading experience the author recommends you reading in order.

This is book 3 in the series, and I am absolutely loving it. Before I begin, I want to mention that I HATE reality TV. I avoid watching it and reading it, but I also love this series and especially the MMC in this story, 21-year-old Hunter Shaw. He is Blaze and Morgan's younger brother and Brock and Lincoln's son.

He agrees to be on this swipe left or right show, it's a reality-based show that would film on the family's ranch in November/December. He dates 20 women and either he or she swipes left or right. It's to be hosted by Kipton, who is a former beauty queen and current college student, and she will be paid a lot of money to just host but she will also have to live with Hunter's family on the ranch for the entirety of the show.

This story was wonderful. I LOVED it so much. One of my absolute best parts in this story was Lincoln. She really bonds with Kipton, so much that she is really involved in this storyline, and I adored her scenes so much. I also loved getting to know the younger kids in the Shaw family and cannot wait for them to have their own stories.

This story had lots of hotness, romance, sweetness, family, friendship and love at first site but also some angst and jealousy. It was a unique story and could not put it down. Hunter and Kipton made this story one I adored, and I am sure will re-read again.

In this book we meet Ryan and Claire. They have been separated by nine years and they were last together when she was 18 and he 22.  a He is a big deal in the entertainment world and so she has seen him and his exploits in the media. Yes, he has been with many different women, and she quietly stalked him, so she got to see him go from one playmate to the next.

Meanwhile she has gone to college, has a gallery and has excelled in the art world. But she is ready to find someone and settle down and so she wants a divorce. This makes Ryan track her down and try and take care of the details so they can both move on.

Reading this book made me think about the question of when do you think a marriage is over? For some it's when the couple separates, others it's when there is a legal separation. and others is when you actually have a divorce decree. I am not sure where I stand but Ryan over the last six years, didn't just have a night here or there, he claims to have had TWO long term relationships, PLUS TWO short relationships and then there is his latest, Dahlia who he is currently off with and who he broke with only a month before but who he has been with for two years.

In six years, I didn't expect him to not have a fling here or there but if he is in long term relationships then he should have asked for at least a legal separation. I also pity those women because they should not have entered into a long-term relationship with a man not even legally separated.

As Ryan and Claire work on figuring out their divorce they share  a committed fling. Will Ryan finally fight for Claire? What secrets does Claire have from Ryan? And why does Dahlia keep calling?

This was a fast read and aside from my personal feelings on Ryan and his relationships. I enjoyed getting to know Claire and Ryan and how they had changed in the last 9 years as they get to know a more mature version of each other.

I’m ancient for a hockey player. Broody as they come. I wasn’t always like that, I had love once, but it was ripped away in the blink of an eye.

Now all I want in life is to play the game I love and to be left alone. Until I met the team’s new photographer. I did my best to avoid her.

She was too young for me. There was just something about her that called to me. I’m not sure I can let go of my past, even if it means a future I never thought possible.

This was a really awesome story between Damien, an older hockey player who is 38 but who still loves the game. He has a big tragedy in his past, that his wife ended up dying in a horrific car accident. Since then, he has become grumpy, reclusive and a bit of a loner.

Things change for his team and him personally when Trinity ends up being hired as the team social media position and photographer. She is a breath of fresh air, with a fun-loving personality and she adores her new dream job.

The only issue I had with this story was the fact that we are never told her exact age. She is definitely done with college and has worked for a few other teams when she gets the job. So, I guessed around 25. A few times Damien comments on her being much younger or that he is robbing the cradle, but we never are told her age. For me this was a little frustrating.

Damien needs her sunshine, and he feels ready to move on with his life. At first, he and Trinity become friends but then things get romantic, and I loved how he leaves his past in the past and opens himself up to Trinity.

Despite Damien's loss this was a hot and sexy story that was a romantic and light read that I could not put down. I loved both characters and I adored their connection and the pace the author set for this story.
