This is only my second read by this author but I am really liking her writing style, the characters and the stories she tells. This story easily stands alone.

This is the story of Cole and Sadie who live in a small town. Sadie has a twin sister who suffered greatly when she divorced her ex husband and Cole was the divorced lawyer who won him some of the family antiques. Because of that Sadie HATES Cole. But Cole when his house is being renovated decides to stay at the Inn that is owned and run by Sadie and her sister.

When Sadie's friend asks her to model in a stranger type of photo shoot and she gets Cole as a partner, thats when the fun really begins for these two.

This story is a bit of a forbidden romance that starts out with a lot of hate on Sadie's side and a lot of attraction on Cole's side. It was an awesome story and I absolutely adored the story and the couple. If you want a fun romance then you will love Cole and Sadie.

I loved how into he is for Quinn and Maci and that he understands why she dances and doesn't have issues with that. The relationship between the three of them was really awesome.

This is book 4 in the series and it can easily stand alone. The series is about 5 best friends from high school who grew up together in the small town of Willow Springs, Texas. The beginning of each girls names makes up the word MAGIC and thats what they call themselves. This is Coco's story, and she comes from a very wealthy family but one who has largely ignored her, her whole life and instead are concerned with her drama queen sister, Whitney.

All the girls have graduated college and are now working their dream jobs and Coco works at a magazine. Romanticly she has not found a guy to have a relationship with and so when she needs a date for the wedding for her sister, she talks Roman into being her date. He in turn asks her to be his date for an event he has to host for his young son after the wedding.

Essentially Coco and Roman are strangers when they fake a pretend relationship. But they also start to get to know each other and thats when I fell hard for Roman and Coco. He totally has her back and I loved how he views her family and is able to get her to see beyond what she has always thought of her family. And when Roman needs someone in his corner, I loved how Coco is willing to fight for him and his son.

Roman's son was adorable and a wonderful part of this story. I loved seeing Coco's vulnerable side as she also gets to know his young son. The mother in law and Roman's ex stir up a bit of trouble and that was not my favorite part of the book but it was a very small part of the story.

I absolutely loved this story and I was not a huge Coco fan before the start of this story, but I am now. I loved her story and I loved Roman for her. They both were awesome characters and I loved this fake relationship, single dad story.

This was an awesome stand alone romance between a brand new author, Callie who loves Rock Hudson and Paul Newman and combining that name comes up with her hot, book boyfriend, named Hudson Newman. If you are looking for a fun read with just kissing and anything else happening behind closed doors then you will love this sweet romance. Hudson is the perfect guy for Callie and I loved his family so much. It is a romance that will just make you feel awesome and is a wonderful, light read filled with romance.

This is the first book in a new series about a bunch of hockey players. But it is also connected to the author's previous Texting series. It features Shep and Denver from Text Me Baby One More Time and also Zach and Delia are in a few scenes.

This story is about Comet player, Collin Wright and he meets Harper in one of the most unusual ways I have read about in a romance. They lose contact with each other until he spies her on a dating app and lets just say thats when the games begin for these two.

This was a really fun story and I loved seeing the characters from the Texting Series. I hope more stories in the series will have glimpses of them as well.

Collin is a really awesome guy but he makes mistakes and I absolutely adored him because his heart in this entire book was in the right place. When the book starts he mentions that he blew things for his team the previous year and got arrested and beyond a casual mention I did not see them go into detail about what happened and I really wanted more info on that.

Harper was pretty amazing and I adored her bestie, Ryan and hope she is in a future book. Harper is an artist but she also has such a sweet and romantic heart. I really liked her a lot and a few times she kinda broke my heart but in the best kind of way,

I absolutely adored this book. It's so fun, flirty, romantic and amazing that I know I will be reading it again.

Let's see...where to begin...

I'm inching up on the BIG 4-0. The gray hairs are doubling what seems like daily, and the wrinkles and laugh lines are more pronounced than ever.

I have an amazing husband (Married just over 15 years.)

We have two boys we're doing our best to raise as respectful gentleman.

I have a master's degree in criminal justice which I used to work as a juvenile probation office until deciding to write full-time in June of 2019. So that means there's usually always some criminal/law element to my novels.

If I'm not writing; I'm reading.

My favorite genres recently are bully/reverse harem and enemies to lovers. Maybe I'm reliving my traumatic teen years through the girls who actually end up with the boys. (Not that I would change my history since it's gotten me exactly where I need to be!)

I love coffee. I miss carbs. Music is LIFE. I try not to be too serious.

This was a really different book than what we have seen in the series before. Mostly because there are no bad guys and no big mystery or client who needs protection. One reason is that it stars Gaige who is the businesses lawyer, and it pairs him to work with Leighton, who is hired to recruit women employees for Blackridge as Deacon wants to start an all female sector of the company.

It was a really fun story and I adored Leighton. She is a real go getter and one who is one tough woman and she has had to be with the family she was born into. I loved her independent spirit and strength. Honestly I thought she stole the book from Gaige.

I loved this book so much. Largely I loved how Leighton handled Gaige and even Deacon and the rest of the guys. I absolutely adored her and I loved that when life knocked her down, she just got back up and worked to make this amazing life for herself.

There were times I wanted to throw my Kindle at Gaige but I also loved this story so much. I loved that we get to see Gaige as this big jerk but also that he really grows up in this story and sees what a gem Leighton is.

Maybe I was all wrong about my ability to love and commit, but when the past comes back to haunt me, can I be the man that Veronica, and Janelle, deserve?

I just finished reading this book and I am still shell shocked. The ending of this book was just wow. If you have been waiting for Baden's book, he is next and we get to see a lot of him in this story as he is pretty much the only one who Riggs talks with in this book about his life and vice versa.

If you are a fan of this series, and I am. I have read every single book. The author is really talented and even with book 11, I can't wait to dig into these hot hockey guys. Riggs is hot but he is anti relationships while he is also taking care of his 17 year old half sister, Janelle. If you like grumpy male leads well you will adore him. He is angry and irritated a majority of the time but he also loves his sister fiercely and will do just about anything to make her happy.

And thats how Janelle lands up working at a bookstore with Clark and her bestie, Veronica. Veronica is divorced from a rich guy and she loves working at the bookstore. When Janelle is hired, Veronica finds someone who needs a friend and the two become really, good friends. But she does not like Riggs at all and he feels the same way. However they have a lot of passion. So this story is a bit of hate turning to lust and eventually love.

I really enjoyed this story and I loved how these two are with each other. I did wish for more romance and dates but I also loved Veronica's family parties and how she brought Janelle along. This book can stand alone, but at different parts you might have a bunch of questions.
