I received a complimentary early release e-book prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is Archer, Winnie and Melody's story. Its a nanny romance with an age gap and found family. It was sweet, hot and sexy and a lot of fun. I really loved how Archie's family likes to harass him but in the very best way.
Melody is five and has the worst teacher ever. I loved how Winnie stands up for her with the teacher. Fun Fridays were well ....FUN! I really liked how present a dad Archer was with Melody.
The age gap was really not this huge deal, but Archer really made it one. First because Winnie is a divorced woman. On the other hand, she had only kissed her ex before Archer so in a way she was divorced but innocent. Second, she is 24/25 in this story and is a college grad, is an author and lastly is divorced. For me the bigger deal was that she lived in his house, his daughter was very attached, and she got paid a salary by him. That should have been the primary objection rather than the age gap.
I loved how the author had Archer and Winnie meet for the job interview. It definitely was a meet cute original. All in all I loved the story a lot. I laughed a lot at Archer's previous sex partner because she was just too much.
Its a fun and cute story about a single dad, his daughter and the woman that changes everything for both of them.
