When he gets his dream, a penthouse on Park Avenue, he is not sure what to do with it. He has a clunky couch, a mattress and bare walls so he hires an art consultant.
Enter the girl, Grace, who is besties with Harper who we met in the previous book, King of Wall Street. Grace is a Park Avenue princess who actually grew up in the same building where Sam lives. Now she lives in Brooklyn and she wants to gasp - own her own art gallery. That is how Grace and Sam meet...
He ends up buying some art from Grace and he falls badly into lust with her but Grace knows his type so while she resists him and maybe just has sex with him, she makes Sam work for her heart and body.
The writing in this story is just as good as in the King of Wall Street. The king is still my favorite but this is a close second. I loved how Grace makes Sam chase her and he really has no clue why he keeps coming back for more.
This book stands alone though it was nice to see characters from the previous books.
