Ordinary, typical, conformed, are words never used to describe me. I’ve never been one to play by the rules. It’s my world, my life and I do things my way.

I see the way they stare at my body covered in tattoos and my lavender hair, I just don’t give a damn. There is only one thing in this world that can get me fired up, that’s screwing with my daughter. As a single mom, it’s my job to protect her, fight for her. She is and will always be my top priority.

So, when I get a call that she’s in trouble at school, with a boy- no less, my claws are out and ready to strike. And the boy’s father, some high society stockbroker, isn’t about to deter me. I don’t care how sexy, smart and rugged he is.

Opposites may attract, and I’ve been down that road before, it’s one I never plan to travel again. A man like that would never be interested in a woman like me. That I know for certain, after all I’m a realist.

MEET THE AUTHOR:
A Midwesterner and self-proclaimed nerd, Evan has been an avid reader most of her life, but five years ago got bit by the writing bug, and it quickly became her addiction, passion and therapy. When the voices in her head give it a rest, she can always be found with her e-reader in her hand. Some of her favorites include, Shayla Black, Jaci Burton, Madeline Sheehan and Jamie Mcguire. Evan finds a lot of her inspiration in music, so if you see her wearing her headphones you know she means business and is in the zone.

During the day Evan works for a large homecare agency and at night she’s superwoman. She’s a wife to Jim and a mom to Ethan and Evan, a cook, a tutor, a friend and a writer. How does she do it? She’ll never tell.

I have never read this author before but WOW I was really impressed. This is a single parents romance and really remnded me of the parent trap except the kids are 6. It was fun and HOT and I loved every moment of this story.

Mona is a single mom with tattoos everywhere and purple hair. She is a bad ass mom and I loved how there she is for her daughter, Iris. Joaquin is a sngle divorced dad of his son Max, he has no tats and is on the rich and preppie side. So the two are very opposite attracts thing.

Mona and J are very hoot for each other but they agree they have nothing in common and so its just a sexual relationship. That is until Max and Iris want more and then the adults start to get close too. This was a fun story and I loved that we get the whole story and see them even after the book has ended.
