I fell in love with the first book in the series, Sway, which features Landry brother Bennett and Ali, both who were in this book as well. In that book we met Bennett's youngest brother, Lincoln, a very popular baseball player.

This is his book and it begins when he gets injured playing ball and has to do therapy at the hospital. While on the elevator one day, it opens and he sees Dani, who runs a program at the hospital for scik kids. He falls in instant lust. But Dani tries to resist him.

Why? well Dani believes Baseball players are not for her. Her father is a famous sports star and her mom a former actress and she hates them because they just insult and her hurt her and so she lives very far from them and tries to stay away from anything to do with sports and especially sports stars.

However, Lincoln does not stop. I loved the title of the book because he just keeps swinging for Dani's heart and whether he hits a home run or not he sees how precious she is. In the beginning of the book, I felt myself stop and start alot because Dani is very resistant, anything that Lincoln does she resists and I did not love how he gives his all and she gives nothing back even though she likes him.

But once she stops resisting, OMG thats when this book takes off. I also LOVED all the wonderful scenes with Graham, Bennett and even Huxley. The Landry's are why I read this book series and they make magic every time they are on scene.

The next book features Graham and I for one cannot wait.

Why they call it a farmhouse is beyond me. That word paints an image of a little white house with a chicken coop. This is a Southern plantation. A huge, wide porch with pillars looks to encompass the entire place. Mums line whiskey barrels and give the clean exterior pops of burgundy, orange, and yellow.

It’s breathtaking. “This is gorgeous,” I breathe as it comes into full view. “Not what I expected.” “This is my second favorite place in the world,” he whispers against my ear. “Second? What could be more perfect that this?” “Inside you.” Before he can pull away, I turn my face so my lips capture his. He deepens the kiss, our lips working against one another in perfect harmony.

As we pull away, breathless, he grins. “Thank you for coming.” “I’ll ensure you come later,” I promise. “Naughty girl,” he chuckles as the car rolls to a stop. “I like it.” “You will.”
