Grace Sutherland is devastated at the news that the Manchester Philharmonic in her hometown in New Hampshire has voted to relocate her to assist one of their lesser known symphonies in a small town in Montana. Her unconventional methods, while effective, were at odds with their traditions. However, she accepts the challenge and is determined to regain her standing and get out of Montana as quickly as possible. Unfortunately for her, the chair of her new board might make that difficult.

This is book 2 in the series and I have read both books, though this book easily stands alone. We do see the characters from the first book which was nice to see if you read the first book. But we get an up close look at Beau in this story. He is a Vet and is very single and he is on the towns board for the symphony. That is how he meets Grace who is transferred into town to run their symphony.
Grace is a tough cookie. She is big city and when she meets Beau fireworks go off as he is a country boy. But the attraction is very strong and both cannot resist the other. I loved watching their relationship develop and I loved how adorable these two are together.
The big issue is that Grace is on town short term and Beau wants her around longer. Can he convince her to stick around and give them a shot? Well it sure was fun watching these two together.
