It stars Ruby who is a private therapist in her mid twenties who is single and at a crossroads. She has no clients and she is not sure she wants to be a therapist anymore. She lives with her mother and is half Korean and lives in a small town.
One night she meets Remi at a bar.Remi is a single dad who lives with his mother in law who sorta drives him and his daughter bonkers. He comes up with the idea of hiring Ruby as his nanny to try and get rid of the mother in laws influence.
It works out really great but with Ruby as the nanny and being paid, she refuses to get romantic with him.Ruby has a lot of integrity and she knows she lives in a small town and she does not like gossip about herself so Remi has to work hard to get her to have a relationship with him.
This was a really great story and super romantic and I LOVED the daughter Lillie. If you love nanny/boss stories you will love this story.
