I loved this story so much. At the end of the last book we meet Gareth and see his meet with December and this story picks right off at that the twos first meeting. The big issue at first in this story is that December's sister sees Gareth first and claims him and so December doesn't want him to come between her and her sister.
However add a little wine and a lot of drinks and well December goes home with him and makes some errors. Gareth makes so errors too and it takes some time for these two to figure things out.
Gareth is a new character and was introduced in the last book and he is a single dad who lives across the street from Harmony. He has two sons who are so great and who really add to this wonderful story. The two sons are Mitchell and Max and they steal this story they are so awesome. Mitchell was my favorite.
Gareth does have an evil ex but I love how Gareth and Mitchell deal with her and how December stands by her man. Gareth and December are super adorable together and I loved them both together. This was an awesome read and there were some things I adored about this book.
1. We see the Maysons and we get lots of family time where they love pumping December for info
2. I loved that December is a teacher and she has a prior relationship with Mitchell
3. I loved that December says I am a Mayson and we can deal with Drama
4. I loved when the December makes jokes about how they all end up falling for someone and then end up having someone in danger or kidnapped.
This is a sweet, fun and romantic read and I felt it was very different than the other books in the series as there is no insta love. D and Gareth fall in love slowly as they get to know the other.
