This is an entrancing romance about single dad, Henley who finds out he is attracted to 12 years younger than him, Tru when she moves to town and becomes his daughter's teacher.

It is a bit of a forbidden romance as she is his daughter's teacher and is so much younger than him. But the heart wants what the heart wants. 

Henley has three daughters and shares custody with his ex, Bree. They are friends but exes. (Personally, I am getting sick of seeing exes getting along in romance books.) On a positive side, Bree has a boyfriend and so there is no hanky panky there. Which satisfied me sort of. 

I loved Henley's football player buddies and how they are one big family. I love their matchmaking and support of Henley personally but also in helping him get the girl. 

This story is a bit of a slow burn. The story starts slowly and centers on Henley's family life and getting to know Tru. As things ramp up, I enjoyed the relationship and dynamic between Henley and Tru. He is a really awesome guy and I loved watching him find his happily ever after.
