This is the second book in the series but easily stands alone. Its about the bass player in a rock band, Callum and his pen pal, Wren.
Wren wrote to Callum five years before and we get to go back in history to read the letters they sent each other. They both found a connection they never had before. But something happened 3 years before that separated these two and as you read the letters, well you keep guessing.
This story was awesome. It was wonderful and I could not put it down. The author did an amazing job and I loved every single moment between Calum and Wren. This story is very much about soulmates and finding love and holding on tight. Wren is also a single mom and I adored her devotion to her son.
These two met in a letter when Wren was 17 and Callum 19. They were there for each other and became besties until something happened to split them up. Now in real life they meet again as Wren out of college, now has a new job working at the recording company where Callum and his band work for.
Callum doesn't know who Wren is but she knows who he is or does he? This story is best read blind. There are many surprises and honestly it was an awesome story but it was also so great because of what you discover as you read this story.
It easily stands alone as Callum has not been seen much in other stories. It also has Iris from book 1 and Adam as well who I can't wait to read about in a future book.
