I really loved this book. In my eyes it was a really great father/daughter story. Scarlett and Leo meet and have a great one night and then he kind of ghosts her a little. 

Why? Well because he is on an NHL hockey team and he is so busy and attending training weeks and life just gets in the way of him contacting her. That is until they meet again.... when her father hosts a party and I guess you can say that's where he gets a second chance with her but her relationship with his coach makes it tricky.

Leo is an awesome guy and his coach knows that. And so while you might think forbidden its not really that kind of story. I mentioned the father/daughter angle because Scarlett is home from Europe and has left her jock ex there. He hid their relationship so she is not a fan of being a secret. But she is a college drop out who wants to do something with photography. She ends up helping her dad out at work and so this is more about a second chance romance between an NFL player and the coaches daughter/assistant of the team. 

It was an awesome story about fathers and daughters. I loved coaches and Scarlett's midnight cereal times. I also loved how they both love and respect each other and I also loved Leo's relationship with the coach. 

This story was wonderful, it was heart warming and I loved the father/daughter times in the story. Scarlett and Leo really grow up a lot in this story and I felt this was very much a coming of age story.
