This is a relatively new author for me, and I really enjoyed this book and the plot and characters. It easily standalone though it's also part of a series. It also is a more mature book as the main characters are 39 and 42.

This story takes place in a hospital and features two doctors who work together but who kind of don't like each other much. The problem is they don't just work together but they also live in the same apartment complex and even share friends. Though Sara is on the anti-social side.

Stremmel is the male lead in this story, and he has friends, seniority and has a big, bad attitude. He is a bit on the grumpy side at work. Sara is a plastic surgeon with shall we say attitude and she does not like Stremmel. She thinks he is the Worst Guy, hence the title of the story.

After an altercation at work, they both get sentences to 8 weeks of anger management and that's when the fun really starts with this book. I was highly entertained with these two who both have real issues which make them the way they are.

This was a lively story and I really enjoyed it. I really enjoyed the homework assignments and watching these two get to know each other and fall for each other.

I did feel that Stremmel fell for Sarah a bit fast but I felt her reaction took a bit more time than I enjoyed and at times it annoyed me how she treated him for that small stretch. But when she came around, I liked how she explained her behavior.
