That was my first mistake.  I’ve never been able to resist a dare and he damn well knows it.  Trust me, I realize it’s a personal flaw I need to work on.

Oh…did I forget to mention that the guy in question is Ford Hamilton, my ex-stepbrother?  The very same one who may or may not remain an ex for long.

I loved this book. It stars Ford and Carina who are neighbors, in college, and are friends but also are step siblings. They met when Carina was 14 and both fell hard but when Ford's dad saw they had feelings he made Ford promise to distance himself. And Carina took that as rejection and since has had a love/hate thing with Ford.

Ford is now in his last year of college, and he decides to take a shot at more with Carina. But she does not make it easy on him and when her mother comes back and makes trouble well that's when things get more complicated. 

This was very hot but also very much a forbidden romance. But there is also a lot of love in this story and that includes Ford's father and the relationship he has with Ford and with Carina and even Pamela, Carina's mother. 

If you love angst, step siblings complicated and forbidden romances with characters that you will love then read this story, it is so much fun.
