Unexpected fatherhood, a newborn daughter and a nanny in the next bedroom he can't stop fantasizing about.
When a one-night stand announces I just became a father to a baby girl, my world is thrown into turmoil.
My choice: single fatherhood or sign adoption papers.
The decision is easy.
Within hours, I'm on a plane to collect my daughter.
I’m in over my head. I barely know one end of a baby from the other. Luckily, I have the perfect plan. I’ll hire live-in help, have limited involvement with the kid, and keep my life just the same as it’s always been.
I finally find a nanny who lives up to my exacting standards. But the only problem is, every time I look at her, the future I thought I wanted starts to crumble.
Nothing in my life is going according to plan… and the wriggling poo machine in my arms is unexpectedly worming her way into my heart.
Life was ordered and logical until I got myself two roommates and started falling in love with both of them.
A standalone romance.

This is the last book in this series and well I am sad. But this story is so great and I loved every second of it. This book stars Eira as the nanny and Dax as the new single dad of an infant. The kicker here is that Dax never wanted kids, until he gets a call at the start of this book.
Eira is a caretaker, she has two younger siblings, Eddie (sister and Dylan (brother). Her parents died and her uncle ran off with their money and so she has been supporting them since that happened. She loves nannying and has always been a live-in nanny. So, when she hears about Dax well, she thinks it will be awesome. Things don't go the way she wants until... sorry can't spoil that but it was a really awesome scene.
As Dax and Eira get to know each other they become close friends and start to feel the attraction, but they try to resist so much... and let's say that is when things get. complicated.
I loved this story so much and I adored both main characters. At the start of the book Dax is very grumpy and he is a bit terse with everyone from friends to family to the nannies. But as he opens his eyes to his new daughter and Eira well he opens his mind and heart and changes in all the best ways.
This was a story that was just so heartfelt and made me just feel so good and happy. It's about family and found families and falling in love with your child and your best friend and discovering your family.
