This book features two families, the Sinclairs and the Wilder Family. 

Declan and Anabelle Sinclair married and had twins, Grace and Everly, they then also had Nixon, Leo and Hendrix. In this book we get to see a nice amount of Nixon who I loved so much. (I hope the next book is about him.)

The Wilder family was only introduced in the previous book and the parents are momma and papa Wilder and they had three kids, Cross, Ares and Bellamy.

In the previous book Cross married Everly and this book opens up at their wedding and we get to see it from Ares and Grace's POV. They have a really fun night which binds them together but while sees a future with Grace she just sees it as a bit too close for comfort. 

This is primarily Ares story but its Grace's journey. In this book we really get into her head and she has a tough and long road to her happily ever after. It was a fascinating story and very different from what I was expecting and what I have read before. 

I loved this book. At times it was fun, flirty, fascinating and even gave me a few tears and lots of angst. It is not a light story and has some very real issues the characters have to deal with but I absolutely adored this book so much.
