This is an ice-skating romance and the characters are about 26. So, their life is ice skating, and it has been for their entire time growing up. They also have known each other their entire lives and competed against each other. In addition, Leo is best friends with Aria's brother, Austin.

Aria and Leo are NOT friends, they share the same profession and live in the same town and they both love Austin, who is Aria's brother. But they do NOT get along. They are very attracted to each other, but they also irritate each other until they say mean things to each other. They love to hate each other. 

The story begins when Leo loses his ice-skating partner and Aria does too. Its either don't compete or do but as partners. It really changes everything when they no longer are competitors and become partners instead. It means lots of time together but also working together and supporting each other which totally changes their dynamic.

If you love ice skating stories, then you will love this story. I really enjoyed this lighthearted story. There is no extra drama. It's really about two people letting down their walls and its not easy. It's extremely hard for both of them.
