This story takes place in Washington state and both Luke and Dani aka Charlotte lives on an island. It has a small town feel and they both love life on the island. They meet when Dani falls off her bike and Luke rescues her.
They have a sweet romance but they both have BIG careers. Luke is the youngest coach in the NFL and Dani is a very busy romance writer. This is a story of insta lust/love but more about how they can merge their lives and really be there for each other with societal pressures.
I really liked all the characters in the story and really felt for both main characters as they try and form a long lasting romantic life together.
