This is book 2 in the series and it easily stands alone. It stars Nate Chadwick whose brother and twin has fallen in love with Nyx's sister in Wrong Text, Right Love. Now this story starts when Nyx meets Nate and carries through to them falling in love with each other. It was an awesome story and I fell in love again with every single character in the story. 

This story is very connected to the Baker Billionaire Brother series so I highly suggest you read the first two books in that series so you know who Pierce is because he plays a significant roll in this story, as Nyx works for his mother as a lawyer at the start of the story and is also a good friend.

Nate is a playboy with a broken heart who meets Nyx before her life explodes and he is absolutely there for her. This is an extremely slow burn story and includes a few kisses along the way but almost no sex scenes. 

Even with no sex scenes you can feel the love coming across the pages. Nate was this awesome character that falls hard for Nyx but also has a very messy past. I loved how Nyx is this strong independant woman but also who can lean on her new best friend Nate and she is there for Nate just as he is for her.

There is no cheating in this story but Nate has a very manipulative ex and I loved the scenes when Nyx comes to Nate's rescue and how he faces his past and his ex. And Nate does the same for Nyx and with Pierce's help. I loved how this story connects to the Baker Brothers series.
