She runs into him again and this time he is her new boss. And he is so different from airplane Royce. Thats the significance of the book title. Royce has many layers and Sawyer starts to see all the different ones that make up a very complicated man.
This is book 1 in the Riggins Brothers series and the story is made even more wonderful with the side characters of the Riggins brothers, their parents, Sawyer's bestie, and Jase and Sam from Play By Play, a prequel to this story which was absolutely awesome and a great intro into Royce and the Riggins brothers.
If you adore romances at work, 2nd chance at romance (sorta), and a big grumpy boss finding love with his perky assistant then you will adore every minute of this romance.
