ABOUT THE BOOK
Caroline Garoughty hates Leo Bianchi. Aside from the fact he's rich and spoiled, he's also too good-looking and obnoxious to be around.
When she catches her fiancรฉ cheating on her, she dumps him but then finds herself needing to be rescued by the one man she would never ask for help.
To her surprise, Leo offers to pretend to be her boyfriend in front of her ex to make it easier for her to get her things and move on with her life—including an explosive kiss that leaves them both reeling.
Then, due to Leo's misinterpreted business practices, where Caroline accuses him of being an enemy to her and the community, he finds himself in an unfortunate situation where he now has to rely on her to nurse him back from the brink of death, where there's no denying the electricity that sizzles between them with each passing day.
Will they finally put their differences and fighting aside and admit their feelings for each other, or will they go back to the mutual hate they felt and be miserable apart?

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Meet Ember Kelly
Ember Kelly writes billionaire romances with sexy alpha male leads who meet their match when strong heroines turn their world upside down. If she's not writing, you'll find her binge-reading romance while sipping on wine and ignoring the world around her.
I received a complimentary early release e-book prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is book 3 in the series, and it stands alone. This is a hate to love romance or frenemy. Leo and Caroline absolutely hate each other. Why? Well just because. But they do really hate each other and its through a majority of the book.
There is also a tiny side angle of a fake boyfriend thing with Leo playing pretend with Caroline as she faces off against her cheating ex fiancรฉe. While doing all this they totally hate each other.
There is a tiny little bit of violence in this story with a mob type of mentality. There is no mafia in this story and nothing illegal either. But there is a small amount of violence as things heat up in South Boston with Leo.
And that's when things change for Leo and Caroline and her and Leo let down their walls and start to see each other with all the anger and hate not blocking them anymore. This is a fast read but one I could not put down and I fell hard for this couple.
