This is a stand-alone book, but I do suggest you read the previous books in the series as Jude and Neva's story begins in the earlier books. It is a second chance, reverse age gap, sports romance. 

I am usually not a fan of reverse age gap stories. I kind of think of them as cougar type of stories but I loved Jude so much that it was not stopping me from reading his story. 

Jude and Neva were a thing some three years before this book begins. They lasted 11 months before Neva ended things. Now two years later they seem to be thrown together a lot. They both are still attracted to the other but there is a ten-year age gap between them, and it was an issue for Neva before and why she broke things off. 

This is Jude and Neva's second chance. She wants a family, and a child and Jude just wants her. Can he make her see that in the years between their breakup that he is more mature and wants her no matter what?  Can Neva let her walls down and let Jude into her heart? 

This was a really wonderful book. I loved how we get to see what is in each other's heart as we get to know the characters. I also loved that the author told us when things happened from the past, and the present. I loved getting a view of what previously happened, rather than just told what happened.

I loved Jude and Neva's story, and they were just awesome together. I also loved getting a glimpse into their future.

This book is about the Onyx Knight Band and Kingston Knight who is called a Rock God. In the book we meet Devyn, who is the new hire to replace Carter after he dies. 

This is a story about moving on after loss. The Onyx Knights have lost Carter who was their Bass player. But he wanted the band to move on and the band works hard to make that happen. But in the real world it's an easy thing to say but not so easy when you love and miss him and the whole world loved him as well, despite his issues. Carter is the one who found Devyn and he wanted the band to audition her to continue. That is how she enters Kingston and the bands life. 

Devyn has an ex who she was with in her band and let's say it was a nightmare relationship that did not end up well. So, she had to figure out how to move on as well. Now with her joining the band she will have to figure out how to keep on moving on and not letting the past affect her present. Even as her past tries to threaten her present. 

In this story we also meet Devyn's great grandmother, Greatty, who is a hoot and her best friend Jesse who ends up hooking up with another band member in the story. The third book in the series features them. 

I was in love with Kingston when this book started, and I just fell harder as I really got into his head and got to know him and watch him fall for Devyn. Devyn is a strong and complicated character but so perfect for King. I fell just as in love with her and her family and friends that we meet in this story. 

There is an aspect of forbidden in this story as Devyn states she doesn't want sex or a relationship with any of her bandmates. So, while her and Knight start having feelings, there is a forbidden nature to the relationship. 

It was an awesome story with many twists and turns as the media and the public and Onyx Knights learn who Devyn is. I could not put it down. I really loved this book so much. I also loved that the author brought Kristin Aiken in this story. She is currently 17 and I loved that I got to see what she is up to.

This is Georgina/Gio and Rick's story, and it easily stands alone. It also takes place in the mafia/billionaire world that the author has created in her previous series. It is a sports romance and takes place within the British sport of Hockey.

This is a fake relationship/engagement romance with close proximity/roommates trope and Rick is a total male alpha in the very best of ways. 

This is also a very HOT book so be warned it might burn your kindle. Rick is very HOT and he is deeply into Gio. But she is the one who is not quite ready for him, until he makes her burn for him that is.

I really loved this couple and their intensity and connection to each other. I also loved all the new players introduced in this book and I cannot wait for them to find their happily ever after. 

I felt this book was too long. It easily could have been two books. At times I felt it dragged in the middle as you have Rick lusting for Gio and she him, but he also helds himself away from her and we don't really find out why until later in the book. For me to get to that point, it took a really long time and a few times I almost quit. Once I got to the why and what the whole point of this story was, well I was all in. It gave the book a fun revengeful angle and it kept me turning the pages I wanted to see what happens next. But to get there I felt took way too long.

Something I loved about Gio was that when Rick hurts her, she is not an easy forgiver. She makes him work hard for it and that takes time and I really ended up respecting her because she did not accept his apology and move on. She made him suffer and I was totally cheering for her the whole time.

This is Miles and Bryce's story and I have been waiting to read this book for months. If you are a fan of the authors previous football series, San Franscisco Kingsman Football Series then you met Bryce and Miles there. 

In this book both are living in Chicago and they work in new jobs but as they both are involved in the world of sports, they just can't escape each other. They are both so snarky and irritating that you can feel the lust come through the pages. We get to learn about their history and why they love to hate each other. 

Miles is such an awesome character I really adored him. He is honest and true and very in touch with his feelings and how he feels for Bryce. She on the other hand feels way too much for him but also has a distrust of men and relationships, so she denies her feelings and runs away. But it's hard for her to escape Miles. I loved their snarky banter and how they cannot stay away from each other. 

This is a light and fun read, and we get to see the characters from the previous series as they pop in from time to time as both Miles and Bryce share friends in common. It also has a touch of forbidden as Bryce is told she cannot have a romantic relationship with Miles because she is a reporter and cannot be objective. 

If you love second chance romances, frenemies finding each other, sports romances and a forbidden relationship then you will absolutely adore this romance. It was so much fun. I loved both main characters so much.

I have read none of the previous books and I still understood the story and characters. I found this story can easily stand alone. It's a story about a dad falling in love with his son and a woman that feels she is unlovable. She is a runner, and he has a tough job of getting her to stay. 

Maddie is his brother's assistant (Ash and Mel from Bad Romance) and someone who helped him with custody of Jack after his mother died in Australia. 

When the book begins, they had never met before until she shows up at his home where his son Jack is not in the greatest mood. There is a bit of insta love and lust from both sides. But Rome has a hard job convincing Maddie to stay and not run from her feelings. 

This story has a lot of sex scenes so make sure you enjoy really hot scenes. It also has an adorable kid whose life has had many twists and turns, characters that have lost people they love and have to learn to embrace love and not run from it. I really loved this story and the characters.
