I received a complimentary early release e-book prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This was a really cute, short, hot and sweet second chance romance in small town during the holidays. I would have liked this story to be a bit longer, but I did enjoy its fast pace and that it was a short novella.

Holly couldn't wait to leave her small town growing up. But she left the people she loved behind namely her boyfriend, Lucas who had family obligations and could not go. Now years later her big city life is over as she is homeless, jobless and broken hearted. She goes home very sad and heads to the family cabin around the holidays. She wants to come to grips and figure out what she wants her future to be.

Meanwhile Lucas is asked to go to the cabin and get it ready for Holly to stay there. When a big storm hits well Lucas and Holly spend quality time together and see if they can find their love and see if they can be each other's future.

This was a fun holiday romance with some very hot scenes and lots of second chance romance between two people who went off in other directions but still held each other in their hearts.
