This was a cute story that is a fun, light read and perfect to read around the holidays. It is standalone story with a fake relationship and friends to lovers' trope. It stars Sydney as Asher's close college friend. He needs a date to the wedding, and he convinces Syd to be his date.
Syd is crushing on her good friend Asher, but she hopes to keep it under wraps because he doesn't really have dates or relationship. When his mom wants him to find a date for a family wedding, he convinces Syd to come home for the holidays with him.
This is a novella and it was adorable. Asher and Syd are both awesome characters and I loved watching them fall for each other around the holidays.
