This is my first time reading this author and I loved this story so much. It had a jerk of a guy named Declan who is a fabulous lawyer and an awesome intern by the name of Hannah Dalton. 

She is in her early 20's and he is 32. She is the cousin to his friends who run their own law firm called the Dalton Group. When Declan is unhappy at his current law firm he decides to accept an offer from his friends who run the Dalton Group. On his first day he is told he will get an intern and it turns out to be this woman he cannot stop thinking about. Hannah met Declan and was in lust very fast until he disappeared on her and so she is trying super hard to hate him for how he treated her.

This story has an age gap, a forbidden type of relationship and Hannah tries super hard to hate Declan. Meanwhile Declan tries super hard to just lust for her and resist her attraction because he knows her cousins would not want him with her.

This story stands alone very easily. It was a HOT romance with lots of sex scenes. I did not love how Declan treats Hannah for at least the first 50% of the book. One thing I really liked is that this story is low on drama, and we never see either of them with other partners. What we do see is how they want only to be with each other even though it will complicate their lives.
