This is the last book in the Chicago Grizzlies series or rather the best friends who are on the team and who all live in the same apartment building. The last single one is Cooper and no one is surprised he is still single, because he is super into his best friend, Ellery but she is very clueless.

Ellery is a doctor, and she works with her father who believes love and romance will get in the way of her career. She is best friends with Cooper who she met in college, and I love that we get to see in this story how they first met and all their important moments. She is in major denial about Cooper and her feelings for him and his for her, so when Bradly, who is Cooper's teammate asks her out, she starts to date him. 

Que the jealousy and it was just so much fun watching Cooper get green with envy about Bradly. These two have to make some big decisions in this story. Honestly, I was surprised with the directions the authors took this book in and I am not spoiling any of that.

There is a very small love triangle here, in that Elle dates Bradley a few times. He tries to be her favorite Grizzly and honestly that was a lot of fun for me as a reader as it kind of makes Cooper a bit crazy. I really giggled a lot at the rivalry between Cooper and Bradly. And it was so much fun watching Elle try and maneuver around both their egos.
