This is a second chance romance with a surprise baby thrown into the mix. It stars movie star Harrison Dare and Winter who is a journalist that is friends with Harrison's sister-in-law, Nikki. Winter has a big secret, and we learn it in the beginning of this story.
I enjoyed this story and loved getting to know Winter. She is a wonderful character, strong, independent, and very wise. She has a big secret and I loved how she was really honest about it and confronted everyone involved with honesty and understanding. When she finds out she is pregnant she deals with that in the same way, and I loved her strength and honesty.
Harrison is a pretty great character too and he has some of the same qualities that Winter has as well. But he also thinks family, romantic love and kids are not for him. But that was before Winter. I loved how he changes in this story and learns to follow his heart and let his head follow after.
There is someone after Winter in this story and the culprit was super easy for me to figure out. What I loved about this storyline was it got Zack involved in this storyline and with Harrison and Winter. Can't wait to read his story!
