This was my first time reading a book by this author and I really enjoyed it. I found I enjoyed her writing style and I enjoyed the characters, the plot she wrote about.
This story has a really big plot point that I really enjoyed as I am a mom to special needs kid. While she does not have Autism, I do have many mom friends who are affected by Autism in relation to their child and I can only imagine how hard it would be for a single parent with an Autistic child who is also so sought out my the media.
This is the story about a football player, Ethan "Big Balls" who is a single dad to an adorable daughter who also is 5 and Autistic. He is a widow who loved his wife and is holding her memory very close while also trying to be the best single dad possible with some help from his billionaire best friends and fellow teammates.
Zoe enters his life as his nanny to Katy and while she helps out with his daughter he ends up falling for her. But he is not wanting to let go of his wife and he is also struggling to know what is best for his daughter Katy.
Zoe was an awesome character and I adored her. She is the best thing that ever happened to Katy and as Ethan struggles in knowing what is best for Katy , I did not love how he treats Zoe. While I felt sympathy for him, I felt he got into his own head a bit too much.
His best friends, the billionare bachelor friends were awesome. I loved them and cannot wait to read future stories about them. I also loved how they got on Ethan's case when he made a mess of thinsg with Zoe.
Zoe has the coolest brothers and dad and I loved how involved they were in this story.
