This was a really romantic second chance romance between and actress and a famous author. We met Xander Kingston in the previous book and in this story we meet the woman he previously loved before she left him for Hollywood.
In this story, Sasha is back in town and cast in a movie thats from a book that Xander wrote and so Sasha wants to hear from Xander his take on her character. This puts these two former lovebirds around each other again. And when Sasha ends up with a stalker. Xander promises to try and protect her.
This was a wonderful second chance at romance after a four year break and I loved how the author showed us how very much they were pretty different four years before and that sometimes its not a bad relationship but rather timing is the real issue. Xander was awesome and Sasha was not what I was expecting but I also fell hard for her and adored the way she was with Xander.
In this story we also get to know Xanders brother Dash, the rockstar and Cassidy who is Sasha's best friend and assistant. The next book is about Dash and Cass and let me tell you it looks awesome. This story gives us a small glance into their relationship and it looks awesome.
