Two years

This is book 3 in the series of Madd Crossfit. It really is a companion novel to a book in the previous series by the author that stars Trouper “Troup” Aoki & Beckham Spurlock from Conjugal Visits. The female heroine in this book is Cannel Crow and her story really starts in that book. We also see her ex fiancee a lot in this book and he is a prime character in Conjugal Visits. I highly suggest you read it before this book, but if you choose not too, some of the things that happened then are discussed in this book as well.
In this story Cannel is free and she is now working as a nurse and a case brings Will into her life. Will is a cop with small crush on his partner until he sees Cannel and once he does, its game over, he falls hard and fast. But Cannel has an extremely painful past and she has lost of hang ups about life but she can tell that Will is a very cool guy.
This story had its very serious moments but it also had it sweet, hot and fun moments too. I adored this story so much. Its probably my favorite book that the author has ever written and she has written and I have read a lot of her books before. Cannel and Will are awesome characters and I adored both of their families and their connections.
