I loved the Meet Me in Montana series so much so when I heard about this series, I was so excited. I also loved Blayze in the first book in that series because he was a super adorable boy, and I couldn't wait to see how he grew up. The book opens up at age 20 we learn how he broke his own heart at age 16 and lost Georgiana, the woman he had loved and because I loved the little boy so much, it was painful to read.
Now at age 26 Georgiana is coming back to Montana after being gone for 10 years because she is doing a "Where are They Now?" article on Blayze and his family. And she ends up interviewing Blayze and also staying with him so she can talk with the whole family about their rodeo careers.
To say it is complicated is a huge understatement. This is a second chance romance but also an enemies/frenemies storyline plus they also have to live and work together.
There is also some drama with a woman from Blayze's past and this part of the story I really did not love. She was pretty awful. Luckily, she is a tiny part of this story.
This was a wonderful second chance at romance for Blayze and Georgie. The author has definitely grown and that's reflected in her writing, characters in this story and the storylines. I cannot wait to read more about the characters I met in this story.
