It is a second chance romance between high school and college sweethearts, takes place in a small town and features a veterinarian single dad and his 5-year-old daughter.

This is Cage's book, and he is a grumpy single dad of an adorable 5-year-old girl. He was once in love with Presley until he got a one night stand pregnant and she married another guy. Now 5 years later Presley comes back to town to help her dad out, she is in a bad marriage and is in the process of divorcing her husband.

This is a book about facing your past and growing up, moving on, forgiving your mistakes and deciding what you want your future to be.

Life is not always simple, and things get messy and that's what happened to Presley and Cage 5 years before. But both Cage and Presley have to decide what makes them happy and follow their hearts.

It's a journey for both of them and this was an awesome story. I loved watching them move on and forgive each other and decide what their future should be.
