This is a really unique story between two exes who share two children, and they are still good friends.

 Billy and Jenna share two kids and they have a fantastic relationship with their kids and with each other. Trouble comes when Billy's baseball team is not appreciating him, and he gets an opportunity to make major money but its in Japan. But before that happens, he has to clean up his party boy image. He is hoping that Jenna will help him get a better image.

Billy made many mistakes with Jenna, and he owns up to those mistakes. I loved that Jenna makes him give her the answers that she needs to be able to move forward as she tries to help him clean up his image. I also really love that both Billy and Jenna's family welcome each other as they celebrate Thanksgiving dinner. 

I also really loved how they support each other not just in relation to parenting but also in relation to their careers and supporting each other's dreams. I actually found Jenna's job one of the most boring jobs I have ever read in a book before. She is a mushroom artist. But I did love how awesome Billy thought her job was. I honestly had no clue that there were mushroom artists and that it's a valid career. But yeah, for Billy that he was so excited about her career.
