This was an enjoyable novella featuring Bishop who we met in the first book, Christmas in Kentbury. In this book he is the lead, and he meets a woman named McKay in a bar. Little does he know that she will become a big part of his life.

Mckay is on a mission to find the grandmother she has never met and to warn her about her sons and McKay's dad plans for her. What she finds is something she has always yearned for.

This was a really awesome romance. I loved it so much. All the characters are great, and I adored how the author decided to tell this story through various months as we see what Mckay decides to do with her life, and we also get to see Bishop's relationship with her and how it grows over time. 

I loved the ending so much it was just utterly romantic and gave me all the feels.
