This is Brigg's story and its also how he meets his most hated enemy, the Puck Bunny. The Puck Bunny is a journalist that runs a blog that is very popular but who has exposed many secrets and news about hockey players in Brigg's life, his team and that of his friends.
This story is told in two parts, then and now. Its also told in dual POV. It goes 9 months before and then jumps 9 months ahead. In the THEN we learn who Brigg's is and why he is estranged from his parents and brother. And why his family becomes his hockey team. Things become tense for him and so he takes a small vacation to a place his agent recommends.
There he meets Maddison and they really hit it off for one weekend. But she leaves him and for 9 months he searches for her until one day he runs into her and I mean that literally. Maddison has some HUGE secrets and at times her lack of courage telling Briggs got too much.
But Brigg's in this story was awesome. Seriously he is such an awesome guy. I really loved him so much. This was a fun story and I enjoyed every moment of it.
