Return Billionaire to Sender is the 5th book in Annika Martin’s Billionaires of Manhattan series, but it also easily stands alone. They are very much chick-lit stories but also feature a romance. Its about a bunch of close friends who are roomies and live in an apartment building or are neighbors in NYC and they all have one thing in common they love their homes and the very evil, Malcolm Blackberg plans to tear them all down to build him center.

Noelle is the star of this story and she is a postal delivery woman who absolutely adores her job but she also wants to save her home and the close relationship she has with her neighbors and friends. She has created a video that she knows if Martin sees will change his heart.

But Martin has a very black heart and so she has a very large mountain to scale to get to his heart but she first has to manage to get a meeting with him and thats a very tough job. Until she meets a woman named Stella in an elevator and she then becomes his emotional coach and lets say thats when the fun begins. With her friends help she plans to help him find his heart.

This story really reminds me of the Wizard of Oz and Noelle/Elle as Dorothy. Stella is the nice witch and Martin is the Wizard of Oz. And all Elle's friends are Dorothy's friends who help her make her plan work. I found it a really fun and enchanting story and I could not wait to see Elle work her magic on Martin.
