This is book 3 in the series but each book seems to take place at the same time and easily stands alone. This book stars Dane, and the girl thats loved him since 8th grade and who he has never seen as anything more than a friend, Sophia.
Sophia's sister is getting married July 4th weekend and Dane agrees to be her fake boyfriend for the festivities. Why? Because the grooms best friend and best man is her cheating ex and he is attnding with the person he cheated on her with.
Sophia doesn't really care about her ex but she has adored Dane from the first time she ever saw him. But he has no clue and she sees this as her chance to make him see how hot for him she is and lust after her.
This book was HOT like catch your kindle on fire. Its not filled with too much sex but the ones that are in there were hot. It also has a great plot. At times I thought Dane was a bit on the dense side but I loved how protective he was of Sophia.
I really enjoyed the characters and plot. I am actually reading the second book as I was intrigued about Ava and Christian and their romance as well.
