This is my first time reading this author and this is book 2 in a series and I fell hard for her writing and her characters. I must read more from her because this book was simply awesome and enchanting and wonderful. I cannot gush enough about how wonderful it was. It had heart, and love and friendship and it made me laugh and cry and laugh again. Absolutely awesome.
This is the story of Grace and Pete whose best friends are in love and newly married. But Grace and Pete just irritate each other. Its not hate, they get along but they bug each other. Until they are dared to find a date for Valentine's on an app and they get snowed in on friend trip at Pete's vacation home in the Catskills.
I adored them together. They laugh and have fun and are slightly snarky with each other but they realize what a treasure each one is and I fell in love with this couple, hard.I am sure I will re-read this book again, it was that great.
This is one of my absolute favorite books this year and I plan to read book one and the last book when it comes out.
