This is the last book in the series and it stars Foster and Sonia. Its a stand alone book but it has so many characters and their backstories that most people will be very confused, even though the author explains all the back history. I do suggest you read this series in order as its a great series and its a way to really understand each character.

This book takes place in a small town in Texas and its one where everyone is very involved in church and the socialness associated with church. That also means there is a bit of churchness in the story. Not too much but more than I have seen in the other books in the series.

This was a lovely story but it does start with two people who are married and not too each other. It also takes place over a long period of time and skips ahead a few months. I liked the way the story was told in this way, as we get the important parts and miss some parts I did not want to read about.

The story starts off around the holidays with Sonia and her husband who she is separated from. We have met him in other books and he was a jerk and he is a jerk here. But it was a good place to start and we get Sonia's side of what happened. Then we move on to a friends wedding where Sonia is in the process of divorcing Ricky and shares a dance with Foster but she feels not ready for anything else.

Then the story picks up in October and we hear that Foster went back to his wife in the Spring and it only lasted one month but it also means he is back to separating from his former wife, Wendy and starting the whole process again. My point in sharing this is that its important to know that his ex is still a big part of his life in the story and calls him for help and he is still paying her bills, well into the story. I did not love this aspect of the story. I prefer for exes to be long gone and not so there when a new romance starts.

As a whole this book was fun and flirty after about 40% when Foster and Sonia start dating. Then at 80% there is a BIG plot twist and I hated that twist. I will say at least I didn't have to watch the plot twist and we get sort of a summary of what happens. Then at 90% there is a bigger plot twist that kinda broke my heart. As I write this I am crying because it just made me so sad. 

I think the book wrapped everything off a bit too fast. The book is more country slow and I would have wanted more of that pace as the book ended. That said I mostly enjoyed the book. I adored Sonia and I totally understood her feelings throughout the book. I would have reacted the same way as she did thru the plot twists. Foster, was an awesome guy. I loved how he loved Sonia. He was not perfect but the way he handles things within this book I was very impressed by.

The book starts at the beginning with Sin and Blaise when they meet each other for the first time and what happens that lands him in jail. This story also has a slight military angle as thats where Sin and Blaise first meet. He is a bit older than her and is closer to 40 and she is in her mid twenties.

It was a really awesome story and I loved that it had so much action in relation to the trafficking angle of this story. I also adored Sin and Blaise's romance and story. And I adored all the connections they had to other characters in the authors series'.

This is a brand new series by the authors but it is also loosely connected to the authors Rooftop Crew series. Jax, Jolie and Frankie (From"A Coworkers Crush") are cousins to the main character in this story, Aiden and we even get a small glimpse of them in this story.

This series is about a series of players who are friends on a hockey team in Florida called the Florida Fury. Aiden Drake is the captain of the team and he is a pretty awesome guy. 

He meets a woman on New Years Eve, Saige who is a social media expert and  he finds her good luck but she also comes with shall we say complications and I adored their friends to more relationship and the ritual Aiden ends up requesting her to do before each game.

There is a tiny little love triangle but there is also no cheating in this story at all. It was a riveting story and I loved both Saige and Aiden and their story. If you love hot hockey players, friends to more then you will love this story and team of hockey players.

 This is book two in the series about  4 guys who own a burger bar and grill called Burgers and Brew Crüe. Each book is about a different owner. The four owners are Jasper, Walker, Isaac and Jameson. This book is about Jasper and his old frienenemy,Lyndee from college/cooking school.

In this book we also meet Lyndee  who has moved to Jasper's town with her Celebral Palsy brother Dustin and they are opening a bakery across the street from Burgers and Brew Crüe.

This is a second chance at romance with the one who got away but they also never even kissed. It was more about lost opportunities while at college and also professional rivals at college. Now they are work neighbors and they don't need to compete and they sort of form a friendship while getting to know each other 10 years after college. It is also a slow burn story and I fell in love with Jasper. He is a bit of a perfectionist but also grumpy and I adored him just as much as Lyndee did.

As to Lyndee, she is an amazing sister and a yummy baker. This story definitely gave me a sweet tooth. If you love love slow burn stories and a second chance at romance then this was an awesome story and I adored every second of it.

I am really loving this series. The first book featured Mya and Jesse Taylor and each book in this series will be about each GD Taylor brother finding love. In this story we get to know Mya's bestie, Emma and the oldest GD brother, Spence. These two are so passionate and hot together that I could not put the book down.

Spence and Emma start in this book with a strong hate-passion for each other. They have only shared one kiss and some hot elevator fun prior to this book starting. And these two rub each other very much the wrong way.

Spence knows Emma hates him and he has no idea why. And Emma hates him too and she also has no clue why. But these two fight, bicker and sling pot shots at each other all the time. But as this book progresses you see these two start to slowly peel the layers back and start to really see who the other is.

Largely Spence developes feelings for Emma but she fears love and relationships. She has some serious mother issues. Meanwhile Spence wants a real shot with her but he refuses to do something with her and then have her hate him so they are in a war for her walls to come down and she is so afraid that she throws walls up.

This was a really awesome story and I absolutely adored it. Spence was such an awesome guy and I loved how honest and real he is with Emma. I also adored how he is always there for Emma no matter what. He is her person and she slowly starts to see that he is her person too.

I am absolutely loving this family, series  and the writing. Kudos to both authors for a really fun, hot, flirty romance with two characters I absolutely loved.

This is my first time reading this author and wow I have been missing out. This was a really well written story about two childhood bestfriends who through a  huge loss end up having to get married to keep custody of two young children. It was sweet, romantic, and heartfelt and I even cried some tears while reading this story.

This is #5 in the series and as mentioned I have not read any of the other books in the series. But I was told this was a stand alone and so thats how I looked at it when I started this book. In the first few chapters I honestly was a bit lost. There were lots of names, characters, who was married to who and whose kids each one had we a bit confusing. I think a family tree would have been very helpful in the beginning of the book so I could get a clear picture since I had not read any of the previous books. But that said once I figured out who was who and what was important, I understood their relationships and could fully enjoy reading this story.

This is a story about two people who grew up in Havenbrook, a very small town with limited opportunities. Nat, Nash and Asher were best of friends but both Ash and Nat wanted out of the small town as soon as they could. They both have family in town but they do it only in spurts as the town gets too much to them.

Ash is in Nashville when he gets a call that changes his life forever. He is a musician about to sign a contract when he has to go back to Havenbrook. Needing support he calls his best friend, Nat and asks her to come because he needs her to be there for him. She is on a photo shoot and she drops everything for Ash as he is her person.

When they get to town they have two children that need them desperately but with a custody battle in their future Ash asks Nat to pretend marry him  for the kids. Thats when these two have to face the feelings they really have for each other.

This story had heat, romance, a fake marriage, two adorable kids, close family and best friends in a small town and I adored every second of this story.
