This is the start of a new series by the author and it takes place in Charlotte, NC with two wall street traders, Leo and Nora. They start out as adversaries as there is only one promotion and Nora wants it very badly and Theo is hired as a prospective person to fill that promotion. Its hate at first sight for both and then the fun begins.

Leo is a man that likes to keep his life private and his work life very separate. He has come home to Charlotte to help his family out and when Nora discovers his biggest secret, well that's when Nora starts to see that Leo is not as awful as she thought he was. 

Nora has done the work romance and is trying to stay away from that. So when the two discover they lust for each other. She wants to keep it quiet as she feels its a bit on the forbidden side of things. 

This story takes place in Charlotte and Santa Barbara. I loved the scenes that took place in Santa Barbara when Leo and Nora fly out to help keep a client that Leo acted badly with. Away from the office these two finally start to talk to each other and see that they are more than just a business rival.

I really loved this romance between two very different personalities who are after the same job. I did feel that there was a bit too much of technical info and terms about the whole wall street and stock trading scene. It was integral to the plot but at times I had not clue what the characters were doing and talking about in relation to the stock trading business.
