Maggy Fitzgerald is happy. She works at her best friend’s flower shop with the full knowledge that this is probably as good as its going to get. That is until that same friend talks her into going out to a biker bar so they can "live on the wild side" for a night. Nate Black is cranky. He has a right to be. At least that’s what he thinks. Spending an evening now and then, drinking a beer with the guys EasyRiders, is one of the only things that he enjoys, sort of.
Then, he meets her.
A sexy, curvy woman who makes him smile. Laugh.
A dangerous woman.
Good thing he’s an a**hole because getting rid of her the next morning is easy.
The hard part?
Forgetting her.

This story was absolutely awesome, a brand new series and stand alone book with a wonderful cast of characters. It made me laugh, curse and even tear up a few times.
The main story features Maggie who has an older best friend. Mags is 35 and Robin is in her 50's. Robin decides to drag her bestie to a biker bar and thats how Mags meets Nate and has a one night stand with him.
After that one night he is awful to her but he also won't leave her alone. They have a connection and it won't let him go. He is a strong alpha type but also one who is hiding from life and the people that love him and a connection to anyone or anything.
Mags is desperate for connections. Her mother has died and Robin is really all she has. But she manages to be a happy person and so she cannot understand Nate's grumpy and negative attitude.
These two go on a journey and face their demons maybe not together but eventually they become friends and Nate struggles to get Mags to give him a second chance with her and become a family.
This was a fast paced story and I absolutely loved the writing, characters and plot of this story.
