K.A. Linde is the USA Today bestselling author of the Avoiding Series, Wrights, and more than thirty other novels.

She has a Masters degree in political science from the University of Georgia, was the head campaign worker for the 2012 presidential campaign at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and served as the head coach of the Duke University dance team.

I could not wait to read this book and it was just as good as I was hoping. It stars Campbell Abbey and Blaire. Both characters have been seen in other stories and in this book, we finally get their story about their past and we get to see if they can resurrect their old relationship and get their second chance with each other.

Blaire and Campbell had a very secret relationship in high school and honestly, he did not treat her well. When he left town to become a rock star it ended everything between them. Except that he wrote hit sons about how he felt about her.

Campbell comes back to town and has lost his muse shall we say. He cannot write anything until he starts connecting with Blaire. And he realizes how badly he screwed up when he left her and tries to win her heart.

Blaire has many walls for him to climb and I loved watching her make him climb them. She was one tough cookie, and I loved her quiet strength and that she makes Campbell work for her heart and forgiveness.

This was an awesome story, and I adored every single part of the story. I really love the style the author uses in telling her stories by separating stories into parts. If you love second chance romance stories and rock star romances then make sure you read this one, its an awesome romance.
