This is book 3 in the series but it easily stands alone. It is a one night stand that has a surprise baby romcon between Hollis, who is the sister in law (Harper from Puck Shy) of fellow hockey player, Cameron Lowell's teammate, Collin.
Both Hollis and Cam are out of really bad relationships so things between these two start very rocky and a one night stand makes things even worse. And then Hollis gets a plus sign and Cam does not act well when he is told. He has a lot to make up for in this story.
This really is a story about two people who have been abused by people who said they loved them but who were taken advantage of, cheated on and conned. So trusting a one night stand is HUGE. But with a baby coming in nine months I enjoyed watching these two learn to trust each other and grow up and forgive themselves enough so they can move on. It was an awesome story and a bit different than I have read before in a Suprise baby.
