This was my first time reading a book by this author but I love work related romances and so I was really excited to check this book out.
Provoke is a story with two characters, Charles and Raven (Rae), who end up working together but who also fell into lust at first sight when they met earlier at a dance club.
Then she ends up being his new hire for a really important new client so they both have to fight their lust for each other while trying to keep this new client happy.
In the middle of this hot and sexy romance we also have a bit of intrigue and drama as the companies ideas keep getting stolen by their competitor. In addition there is also drama with Charles father as the two are very much estranged.
This story was as I mentioned very hot and sexy and forbidden as Rae didn't want her fellow employees to think she slept her way to a job and Charles has some bad history with dating a fellow employee. But it was also a very intriguing story as there is intrigue on the job as their ideas keep getting stolen by their competitor.
I really enjoyed this story and I loved all the different plot points that come out as you read the story and find out who is trying to destroy Charles relationship with his client.
