This was a really cute, funny and adorable second chance romance novella. I really enjoyed it but I only wished it was longer. But I did love that there is a second book coming about Shelby's bestie, Missy.

This is a second chance romance between two really good friends. They both had extremely deep feelings for each other, but they never had the courage to face their feelings for each other until now. 

Wilder growing up in his small town always dreamed of the big city and he knew the only thing that could stop him was his feelings for Shelby and so he denied them. Shelby is kind of one huge mess but in the very best way, but she had a hard time sharing her feelings, so she just claimed Wilder as a friend. 

Now nine years later, Wilder is ready for Shelby, and he has come home. But she tries to duck him and avoid him, but their small town knows they are meant for each other and so they matchmake these two with some wonderfully amusing results. 

Shelby was such a fun character, and I loved her klutzy nature. She made me laugh and giggle and this was such a fun, light read that I absolutely adored it.
